Administrator and Team Member for the Nature of Real Estate
We are looking for an efficient and talented administrator to join our team at the Nature of Real Estate. The ideal person will have a keen mind for detail and will be able to independently and efficiently complete mistake-free work.
Our small team live in various locations across BC, and we're looking for someone on Vancouver Island who would thrive in working partially remotely while maintaining a high quality of work and a connection to our team.
We are a small team who get a lot done. Everyone here loves our work, and hence thrives on being productive, which gives us the freedom to take on new initiatives, accommodate employee needs, and ultimately function with very little bureaucracy. We're looking for someone who can fit into this culture. We find that the more we can rely on each other to create good work, the more space, trust, and autonomy each employee can have, and this is important to us. We are a coaching and training organization that focuses in the Real Estate Industry. We focus on teaching high-level professional skills, human skills, and responsible business practice through a series of programs:
Negotiation Courses – we are the Canadian provider of the MCNE designation and teach negotiation courses across the country
Coaching – We have a team of coaches who work one on one with clients
Coach Training – We host courses for industry leaders who want to improve their leadership skills, or begin coaching careers

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Manage Logistics of Cross-Country Negotiation Courses
-Outreach on Facebook, to past course attendees, through brokerages
-Booking spaces and liaising with space managers
-Ensuring that the necessary materials are at the venue
-Anticipating and avoiding problems with events
2. Manage Company Payments- Invoices, Processing, Paying contractors, Reconciliations, etc.
-The programs we currently use are Freshbooks, Quickbooks, PayPal, and Authorize
3.Website Maintenance – updating our website and keeping track of inquiries and leads
4. Marketing administration – sending out emails, social media posts, managing our contact list, etc.
5. Managing MCNE designations
In addition, based on your interest, experience, and skills, you could take on responsibilities such as:
-Social media strategy and design
-System Building/ Operations
-Additional Event planning
Compensation: 40k-50k plus benefits, based on experience.
