The Journey: From Sales to Leadership

Suze began her real estate career in Toronto in 1985 at just 21 years old, closing 25 transactions in her first year. She quickly rose to the top, thriving in the competitive central Toronto market while balancing the demands of being a single mother to a daughter with significant health challenges. Her ability to succeed in both business and life taught her the power of resilience, strategic thinking, and building meaningful client relationships.

After years as a leading agent, Suze transitioned into coaching and training, recognizing a gap in the industry for high-quality, principle-driven education. She founded The Nature of Real Estate in 2007, combining her expertise in real estate, negotiation, and human nature to elevate the industry.
