The Professional Real Estate Negotiator (PREN) certification.
PREN is advanced negotiation training for experienced real estate professionals who want to refine how they think under pressure — not just what they say.
Building on the foundations of AREN or CNE, PREN focuses on judgment, emotional discipline, and strategic clarity in complex, real-world negotiations. This is the work that begins once tactics, scripts, and surface-level confidence are no longer enough.
PREN is not designed to teach you more.
It is designed to help you think better, especially when the stakes are high, information is incomplete, and emotion is present on all sides.
This three-course certification applies principled negotiation theory directly to buyer representation, seller representation, and offer negotiations. Each course stands alone, but together they form a cohesive framework for professional decision-making in today’s evolving real estate environment.
PREN is not for everyone.

The PREN Certification Includes:

Completion of all three courses is required to earn the PREN designation.
Prerequisite
To qualify for PREN, you must have completed the Negotiation Foundations for Real Estate (AREN) course (or the equivalent CNE).
