Based in Simcoe County and York Region, Faris Team is one of Ontario’s most respected and growth-oriented real estate organizations. Founded by Mark and Joanna Faris, the team has grown from a two-person vision into a brokerage of over 100 team members, while maintaining a clear commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client care.

Faris Team refers to their agents as partners—a deliberate cultural choice that reflects shared accountability, leadership, and long-term thinking. That philosophy extends directly into how they approach professional development.

Between 2021 and 2022, the entire brokerage—over 40 agents at the time—completed the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) programs. These programs are the equivalent of the current AREN and PREN series of courses. Since then, new partners joining the team have continued to receive negotiation training as part of their professional foundation, reinforcing a consistent standard across the organization.

In 2026, Faris Team again demonstrated their commitment to advanced practice by enrolling the entire team in the Pricing Intelligence Masterclass (PIM), focusing on pricing accuracy, defensibility, and high-stakes client conversations in increasingly complex markets.
