In April 2025, 30 agents completed a private cohort of the Accredited Real Estate Negotiator (AREN) course—an intensive program focused on negotiation strategy, client advocacy, and communication under pressure. The group brought the kind of engagement that reflects a brokerage culture already invested in excellence: agents who came prepared, asked hard questions, and left committed to applying what they learned in real negotiations on behalf of their buyers and sellers.

In 2026, REMAX Nova continued that momentum by enrolling another cohort of 30 agents in the Pricing Intelligence Masterclass (PIM)—a program designed to sharpen pricing accuracy, strengthen clarity in client conversations, and build confidence in navigating complex market conditions. For clients, this translates into clearer pricing advice, more thoughtful positioning in the market, and stronger representation when negotiating one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

The decision to run back-to-back cohorts reflects a deliberate, brokerage-wide philosophy: that professional development is not a one-time event but an ongoing responsibility.

In addition to group training, a number of REMAX Nova agents work with Suze through one-on-one coaching and mastermind groups—individualized support that complements the formal coursework and reinforces a culture of continuous improvement at every level of the organization.
