Negotiation has long been part of their story. Growing up, their father encouraged the sisters to develop negotiation skills early, often pushing them into uncomfortable situations that required them to advocate for themselves and think strategically. Those early lessons clearly shaped the confidence and discipline they bring to their work today.

Our work together began in 2019 when members of the Stone Sisters group first participated in negotiation training through their brokerage. Despite already operating at a high level, they approached the work with curiosity and a clear commitment to sharpening their professional judgment.
In September 2025, the Stone Sisters hosted a private AREN course for their entire group, exploring advanced negotiation strategy, pricing judgment, and the human dynamics that shape real estate decisions.
Their investment in continuous training reflects a simple belief: when agents deepen their skills, clients benefit through clearer advice, stronger negotiations, and better outcomes in one of life’s most important financial decisions.
