Great presentation and amazing learning experience!

The course material, content, and the role plays helped me gain a better understanding and appreciation of the nuances of negotiation. I am no longer entering a negotiation blindly. I found that the Real Estate Negotiation Planning guide is a powerful intelligence-gathering tool that gives you, whether you are representing the seller or the buyer, a 360 view of the negotiation you are about to enter into, you can’t help but feel that you have some control. This is just one of the tools and techniques taught in this course. Highly recommended.

The AREN has a lot of great communication tools and has given me confidence. The role playing is highly recommended, I was always intimidated by role playing and had a negative perspective but after this course, I realized the importance and is now a passion – it’s fun and prepares me for all unique situations that we encounter on a daily basis.
