See what real estate agents across Canada have to say about our courses.
The Negotiation Intelligence Update was amazing. Suze shows how to apply the fundamentals of negotiation to a real estate transaction that AI is now a part of and help you better guide your clients to their best outcome. I am excited to welcome NIA into my practice.
NIA helped me create a clear, holistic action plan to address the challenges in my business.
Always enlightening, and a valuable reminder to encourage conversation with my clients instead of always directing them on what to do. I really love that NIA focuses on real estate and I love using it. This course is fantastic! I thoroughly recommend it to agents, whether they’re experienced or just starting out.
Fabulous Course, Always a great review to remind ourselves of our practice, process and fantastic to get introduced to Nia! She does sound just like Suze!
Suze always delivers with new insights for the real estate industry. I always get something valuable from her courses. I really enjoyed this course. Thank you.
Excellent content about what you think about when dealing with AI or if your dealing with clients or other agents using AI.
Great course – not surprising though. Suze delivers. I use Chat GPT a lot, but NIA was more engaged with my initial interaction and pushed back more.
Initial experience with NIA – it’s true, NIA really does sound like Suze! I really like that the responses give options and ask further questions, rather than give me an answer.
Wow. I can’t believe how impressive NIA is. The updated Negotiation Course was great.
I found the Negotiation Intelligence Update both practical and thought-provoking. The course reinforced that strong negotiation is not about having the cleverest line or pushing harder, but about understanding what is really driving the people involved, recognizing assumptions, assessing real leverage, and making better decisions under pressure. The sections on trust, mental agility, powerful questions, pricing conversations and working alongside AI were particularly useful. I appreciated the emphasis on making our reasoning visible to clients and helping them arrive at informed decisions rather than simply trying to persuade them. My initial experience with NIA was also valuable. I used it to work through a real listing situation where a seller was comparing several Realtors and was under significant time pressure. What stood out was that NIA did not simply give me a canned strategy. It challenged some of my assumptions, helped me think more carefully about the seller’s actual interests and timeline, and pushed me to reconsider how quickly my own expertise becomes visible in a competitive listing situation. The most useful insight that came out of that discussion was a refinement to our normal pricing process: rather than “view, analyze, return,” a time-sensitive opportunity may call for “research heavily, view, refine, recommend.” NIA was most useful when I challenged its thinking and it adjusted in response. That made it feel less like an answer generator and more like a tool for sharpening professional judgement. I came away from the course with several ideas I can immediately apply in my business, and with a much clearer sense of how AI can support but not replace the experience, context and judgement we bring as Realtors.
Really important course to take, in order to stay ahead of this AI wave.
This is a great refresher and reminder to “stay curious” – along with exciting new NIA developments. And always appreciate an opportunity to connect with other professionals in this format. Thank you Suze
