No contract, but Shawn does ask for a verbal commitment of six months so that you can both enjoy the rewards of your work together.

Shawn has been involved in several significant developments since becoming a licensed realtor in 2006. His portfolio includes the prestigious University Heights and Thunderbird Creek developments, both single family residential subdivisions as well as The Lauren, and various smaller condo and townhouse projects.
Shawn attends several luxury real estate conferences across North America every year to learn the latest techniques and to continue to build up our referral network. He is a member of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Medallion Clubs. Shawn is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.
A BC resident since 1997, Shawn has embraced the west coast lifestyle and can often be found mountain biking, skiing, hiking, boating and enjoying fine wine.
Shawn lives in Squamish with his wife and two daughters where he has just finished building the family home.
