  2. Advanced Negotiation Skills for Listing Presentations
  3. Advanced Skills for Negotiating Offers in Real Estate

The AREN (or equivalent) is a pre-requisite for any of the PREN courses. You may take these courses in any order but you must complete all three to receive your PREN certification.
