$700 per month
Start Up Fee* – $2,100 (*one time payment for first three months)


Deliverables

  • Business Plan – Written By Coach
  • Current Business Assessment
  • Agent Character Traits and Profile Assessment
  • Vision and Goal Setting
  • Strategy and Design Component
  • Three (3) months coaching – minimum 1hr session every two weeks
  • NORE and WABC Coaching

Month Four

Billing ($700) on the 1st of each month after starting on the 4th month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

“When I joined the profession, I was assaulted by agents who had a pessimistic view of life as a realtor: loss of family time, loss of weekends, disloyal clients and untrustworthy colleagues.”

Dean became licensed in 2008 just as sales volume plummeted. The market crash provided an opportunity. While others faltered, Dean’s business grew. He learned quickly from top producers. “I took every training course I could, I had hundreds of ideas, the hardest part was choosing what not to do”.

In 2011 he hired a coach. His sales excelled. By the end of 2012 as an individual, he hit the top 5% of his board. By 2016, his team of four agents scored 11th in the country at Century21.

“My coach helped me develop a mindset that allowed me to see a clear path. My sales and listing volume jumped but it was my positive client relationships that made a real difference”.

Dean is an Associate Broker, volunteer Director at the 13th largest real estate board in the country and offers real estate training seminars to local agents. He volunteers on non-profit boards and helps entrepreneurs with business development courses and one on one mentoring.

Dean and Wendy have been together 27 years. They relocated to Kelowna, BC in 2003. They enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle to its fullest. Wine tasting, hiking, skiing, golf and more are minutes from their doorstep.
