Suze’s love of learning and her passion for facilitating growth in others resonates in everything she does.
Suze is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation, an accredited facilitator with Hollyhock Leadership Learning Centre and an accredited TQ (Transition) Coach with the Modern Elder Academy. She is a prolific blogger, a spirited speaker and a disrupter of all things real estate.
Suze’s Story
Underpinning her professional career, Suze has always been an adventurer and a curious explorer.
Suze began selling real estate in 1985. She was 21, closing 25 ends in her first year. While enjoying a successful real estate career in Toronto, she became a single mother, and raised a daughter with significant health challenges while maintaining her position as a top agent with Bosley Real Estate. During her successful sales career, Suze was involved in many community, philanthropic and personal adventures. Suze did this by building strong relationships, developing high level skills, and looking after her clients’ needs as well as her own. She learned quickly, and has since lived by her no-nonsense approach that being exceptionally good is the only way to get the top.
Suze’s Adventures
Suze is also committed to her adventures outside of real estate. She is an international level sailboat racer and, when not racing, spends her summers exploring the BC coast on her sailboat Reepicheep. The summer of 2024 saw her sail to the Alaskan border solo with plans for 2025 to explore Haida Gwaii. Suze enjoys backcountry skiing and keeps a residence in the mountains near Nelson BC. She also enjoys trail running, paddling and all things wilderness.
Suze likes to win and has a successful track record in various sports over the years. Her most recent success was winning the VanIsle360 International Yacht race overall. This was 15 gruelling days in complex ocean conditions. This passion for adventure and drive for success helps Suze fuel her clients to their own successes.
Suze is real estate savvy owning several properties across BC. She enjoys the process of buying smart, optimizing the use and holding to build long term financial security.
