A course that is concise in its approach to dealing with today’s seller’s & buyer’s expectations, given the current market realities. Ask the right questions, listen to the answers, then present the data to provide context to a seller/buyer, as they make an informed decision.

The course material, content, and the role plays helped me gain a better understanding and appreciation of the nuances of negotiation. I am no longer entering a negotiation blindly. I found that the Real Estate Negotiation Planning guide is a powerful intelligence-gathering tool that gives you, whether you are representing the seller or the buyer, a 360 view of the negotiation you are about to enter into, you can’t help but feel that you have some control. Highly recommend these professional development courses focusing in on the most important service that we provide to our clients – effective negotiating skills. Whether an experienced agent or a newbie, there is so much to offer in the PREN course. I would even say it would be incredibly valuable to refresh and strengthen one’s negotiating skills with each and every licensing period! Do it and be a better agent.
