Dealing with Difficult People is one of the gems in the arsenal of courses to train real estate professionals. Take the course, but don’t stop at that one, as all the courses are connected. The value for me in this course was relating it to the other training courses provided by Suze.

You have to be able to think on your feet and your skill set needs to back you up. Suze leads you to the methodology & mindset to get there. I see her training as a Must Do! You owe it to yourself and your clients!

The PREN course teaches very valuable skills and tactics to bring to negotiations. I almost want to not recommend the course, so I don’t have to compete with other Agents with these skills, that’s just how valuable they are! Suze is an amazing instructor who is very intelligent and has many tricks up her sleeve to teach. I highly recommend this course to anyone that I won’t have to negotiate with!

The AREN has a lot of great communication tools and has given me confidence. The role playing is highly recommended, I was always intimidated by role playing and had a negative perspective but after this course, I realized the importance and is now a passion – it’s fun and prepares me for all unique situations that we encounter on a daily basis.
